- Never send us your password or recovery phrase. We will never ask for them, and we couldn't use them to recover anything.
- Don't attach files from inside a vault unless they are needed to reproduce a problem.
- If a vault won't open, tell us whether the password, Touch ID / Face ID or the recovery phrase fails, and what message you see.
Security reports
Send vulnerability reports to [email protected]; machine-readable details are in security.txt. Include the steps to reproduce, the affected versions and the impact you see.
We will confirm that we received your report, keep you updated while we work on a fix and, if you wish, credit you in the release notes. Please give us reasonable time to ship a fix before publishing details, and don't access data that isn't yours.
